Shipping Instructions

1. Orders will be shipped in approximately 1-3 working days after placement, excluding holidays.
2. Shipping days are Monday to Friday; no deliveries are arranged on holidays or consecutive holidays.
3. During festive holidays or in cases of natural disasters, shipments may be delayed due to higher order volumes or force majeure.
4. If [Home Delivery] is selected: Actual delivery will depend on the courier's route schedule.
5. If [Convenience Store Pickup] is selected: Please pay attention to the arrival notification SMS and pick up your order within 7 days of arrival. Failure to pick up without a valid reason will result in being blacklisted; any resulting shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
