歡迎使用「台灣美光線上商城」（以下稱「本商城」）。本商城由美光公司及其關係企業（以下合稱「美光」）建置，並委託第三方營運商（「供應商」）提供系統維運、訂單處理、商品配送及客戶服務。您使用本商城，即表示您已閱讀、了解並同意遵守本條款。

The Store is established by Micron and its affiliates ("Micron") and is operated by a third-party service provider ("Supplier") for system operation, order processing, logistics, and customer support. 二、使用資格（Eligibility）
本商城主要提供美光員工及經授權使用者使用。您須具備完全行為能力或已取得法定代理人同意。

商品資訊僅供參考，實際以出貨商品為準。價格與庫存可能隨時調整，恕不另行通知。

- 本商城提供之付款方式依平台公告為準。

七、委外營運與責任分工（Outsourcing & Responsibility）
- 本商城之商品銷售、訂單處理、配送及客服服務，係由受託營運商或供應商執行。
- 本平台由供應商負責營運及提供商品或服務，美光僅提供品牌及平台支持。除另有說明外，商品或服務之交易、履約及相關售後事宜均由供應商與您直接成立及履行，美光非交易當事人。
- 因商品瑕疵、配送問題或退款爭議，原則上由供應商負責。

本商城之所有內容均屬美光或授權方所有，未經授權不得使用。

美光及供應商將依個人資料保護法蒐集、處理及利用您的個人資料，並僅限於訂單處理、客戶服務及必要之營運目的。
